A Special Honour: Singing at Number 10!

March also brought a truly unforgettable invitation — performing at 10 Downing Street as part of a Welsh cultural celebration.

Guests included figures from Welsh sport, music and culture, including members of the national rugby and football teams, as well as Amy Dowden and Katherine Jenkins.

For the occasion, the choir performed:

• Calon Lân (arr. Aled)

• Bread of Heaven (arr. Aled)

The response was exceptional with the Prime Minister commenting on how memorable the performance was.

As Aled reflected:
“At first I thought it was a wind-up… it was all very top secret!”
